Wibbly Wobbly Wonder
The Wibbly Wobbly Wonder was an ice cream on a stick sold in Ireland from the 1970s to the 1990s. It was made by HB Ice Cream and began in 1974 as a cost-saving idea by Gerry Keegan, an accountant at the company. It left shops in the late 1990s, then was briefly brought back in 2006 for HB's 80th anniversary. The treat had two parts: the bottom half was pink strawberry and yellow banana flavoured ice cream, and the top half was frozen yellow lemon jelly coated in chocolate. A similar product called "Jiggly Pops" is sold by Aldi, a German retailer.
