Westford Town Farm is a historic brick building in Westford, Massachusetts. The main structure is about 2.5 stories tall, five bays wide and six deep. It was built in 1837 and later enlarged around 1840 and again around 1900; the 1900 addition replaced the 1840 one and sits on the same foundation. The building, designed in the Greek Revival style by architects Daniel W. Hartwell and Henry M. Francis, served as the town’s poor farm, supporting indigent residents until 1959—longer than many similar facilities in the state. After it closed as a poor farm, it housed town facilities such as police and fire stations and later school administrative offices. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
