Western New York Wine Company
Western New York Wine Company, also known as the Philip Argus House and Winery, is a historic winery located at 9683 Middle Rd., Pulteney, Steuben County, New York. The property includes a two-story fieldstone home (built about 1886) and a three-story fieldstone winery (built about 1890) that were connected in the 1970s. An attached English barn was built around 1880. The winery is still in operation today as Chateau Frank. The site covers about 26 acres. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 2014 (NRHP reference number 14000585).
