Weightlifting at the 2022 Pacific Mini Games

Weightlifting at the 2022 Pacific Mini Games took place in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, at the Marianas High School Gymnasium from 20 to 23 June 2022. A total of 131 competitors from 15 nations took part, and the event also served as the 2022 Oceania Senior Weightlifting Championships.

There were 20 weight classes (10 for men and 10 for women). Medals were awarded for the Snatch, the Clean & Jerk, and the Total, following the Pacific Games Councils Charter Protocol 26. The number of medals depended on how many contestants there were: four or more contestants earned Gold, Silver and Bronze; three contestants earned Gold and Silver; two contestants earned Gold only; one contestant earned no medal. Medals were awarded for totals only and were not contingent on minimum participation limits. As of 1 June 2022, fifteen countries and territories had confirmed their participation.
