Wei Wang (table tennis)

Wei Wang (Chinese: 王伟; pinyin: Wáng Wěi) is a Chinese-born American table tennis player. Born on 21 March 1961 in China, she later moved to the United States. She represented the United States at the 1996 Summer Olympics, competing in women's doubles with Lily Yip. She won a bronze medal at the 1995 Pan American Games in Mar del Plata, partnering with Tawny Banh. Wei Wang married Diego Schaaf in March 1989; they met in 1987 at the Orange Coast College Table Tennis Club in Costa Mesa, California, where she gave lessons.
