WMSD
WMSD (90.9 FM) is a Christian radio station licensed to Rose Township, Michigan, with studios in Lupton. It began broadcasting on August 11, 2000, after receiving a construction permit in July 2000. The station originally aired programming from the Fundamental Broadcasting Network in New Bern, North Carolina. In March 2005, WMSD started local programming using its own automation system, giving Bible Baptist Church of Lupton more control over the schedule. The station, branded Bible Believing Radio, is a ministry of Bible Baptist Church of Lupton and airs fundamentalist Christian programming. The call sign WMSD stands for "We Magnify Sound Doctrine." It operates at 5,000 watts on 90.9 MHz and is licensed by the FCC.
