Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs

The Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs are the athletic teams of Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, Tennessee. They compete in the NAIA, mainly in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) since 2001–02, after previously being in the Smoky Mountain Conference (joined in 1956). The Bulldogs field 21 varsity teams (9 men’s, 10 women’s, and 2 co-ed). They have a strong baseball program, with NAIA World Series titles in 2012 and 2019, along with 24 conference championships and 12 conference tournament championships. Their colors are royal blue and white, and their nickname is the Bulldogs. Home venues include James L. Robb Gymnasium for basketball, Jack Bowling Field at Athens Insurance Stadium for baseball, and the TWU Athletic Complex for lacrosse and soccer.
