Viscount Mount Cashell is a title in the Irish peerage that was created twice. The first creation was in 1706 for Paul Davys, who also became Baron Mount Cashell. That line ended when the third Viscount died in 1736. A second creation followed in 1766 for Stephen Moore, which is linked to the title Earl Mount Cashell. The title also appeared in the Jacobite peerage in 1689 for Justin MacCarthy, who was made Baron Castleinch at the same time; both titles ended when he died in 1694. Paul Davys, who adopted the same title, had married Catherine MacCarthy, sister of Donough MacCarthy, 4th Earl of Clancarty.
