Vineland Handicap
Vineland Handicap was a turf horse race at Garden State Park Racetrack in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. It was open to horses age three and older and run over 1 1/16 miles. The race began in 1942 and was last held in 1999, won by Soaring Softly, the American Champion Female Turf Horse that year. In March 2000, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported that the race was canceled due to financial problems. Garden State Park closed in 2001.
