Valley Township, Madison County, Arkansas
Valley Township is an inactive township in Madison County, Arkansas. It covers 37.41 square miles (96.9 km2), of which 37.24 square miles (96.5 km2) is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 km2) is water. The population was 517 at the 2010 census, with a density of about 13.9 people per square mile (5.4 per km2). The township was created sometime between 1850 and 1860, but the exact date is unknown because early county records were lost. It is one of 21 inactive townships in Madison County. Its coordinates are about 35.8505°N, 93.9182°W.
