Union of Communist Struggles
Union of Communist Struggles (French: Union de Luttes Communistes, ULC) was a left‑wing communist party in Burkina Faso. It formed on 14 October 1979 after splitting from the Voltaic Communist Organization (OCV) and aimed to achieve a Popular and Democratic Revolution (RDP). The ULC dissolved in 1981 and was reconstituted in 1983 as Union of Communist Struggles - Reconstructed (ULC-R). It published Prolétaire and Révolution Bolchévique. Ideology: Communism, Marxism-Leninism.
