Toe Yi (Burmese: တိုးရီ) is a Burmese military officer born in Burma (now Myanmar) who serves as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, a position he has held since February 3, 2023, under Min Aung Hlaing. He previously led military intelligence for the State Administration Council and ran its interrogation centers. He graduated from the Officers Training School in Bahtoo in 1989 as part of the 77th intake, alongside Ye Win Oo. He later became deputy head of OCMSA, overseeing domestic intelligence operations. After the 2021 coup, OCMSA carried out operations against anti-coup activists Kyaw Min Yu and Phyo Zayar Thaw; both were executed in July 2022. In January 2023, the junta awarded him the title Zaya Kyawhtin. On February 3, 2023, he was promoted to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs under Soe Htut. He holds the rank of Major General.
