Tkibuli Municipality is a district in the Imereti region of Georgia. Its main town is Tkibuli, and the area is also historically known as Okriba. The district covers 479 square kilometers and had a population of 20,839 in 2014. The population is mostly Georgian (about 99%), with small numbers of Russians and Ukrainians. The local government is the Tkibuli Municipal Assembly, which has 27 members elected every four years; the last election was in October 2021. The mayor is Temur Chubinidze. The time zone is UTC+4.
