Thomas E. Rowan
Thomas E. Rowan (1842–1901) was the 21st mayor of Los Angeles. Born in New York in 1842, he served as mayor from December 12, 1892, to December 12, 1894. He followed acting mayor William H. Bonsall and was succeeded by Frank Rader. He died in Los Angeles in 1901 at about age 58 or 59.
