Thami Mngqolo, full name Zeke Elakhe Lungelo Mngqolo, is a South African actor and director born on 9 September 1982 in Johannesburg. He has been acting since 1998 and is best known for his roles in Generations, State Enemy No.1, and Greed and Desire.

His elder sister Nosiphowo Mngqolo died in 2016. He was in a long-term relationship with actress Jo-Anne Reyneke from 2008 to 2018, and they have two children: Uvolwethu (born 2013) and Lungelo (born 2015). They split in 2018 after a video on his phone reportedly caused trouble.

In his career, he played Senzo Dlomo, a gay character, in Generations in 2009. He left the show in 2016 when the main cast was fired over salary demands. He has also appeared in State Enemy No.1 and played a receptionist in Muvhango. In November 2020, he joined the telenovela Isono as Maradona.
