Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Secretariat is a government body that constantly works to support the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Its main job is to provide organizational, expert-analytical, legal, informational, and technical support for the Cabinet, government committees, the Prime Minister, the First Vice-Prime Minister, other Vice-Prime Ministers, the Minister of Cabinet of Ministers, and ministers without portfolio.

Headquartered in Kyiv, it employs about 1,174 people. The agency is led by the Minister of Cabinet of Ministers, currently Oleh Nemchinov. It also runs services for the Prime Minister and the vice-prime ministers, including the Office of the Prime-Minister of Ukraine and the Services of the First Vice-Prime Minister, Services of Vice-Prime Ministers, and the Service of the Minister of Cabinet of Ministers.

The Secretariat works with many state bodies and authorities, including the Presidential Administration, the Office of the Verkhovna Rada, the Office of the National Security and Defense Council, ministries and other central executive bodies, the Council of Ministers of Crimea, regional administrations, local self-government bodies, and various public organizations and enterprises.
