Taiwan Coal Mine Museum is in Pingxi District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. It tells the story of coal mining in the area.

The museum sits on the site of the old New Pingxi Mine, which began in 1965 and produced coal from 1967. Mining ended in 1997 when imported coal became cheaper. In 2001, railway fans and others helped turn the site into a museum, with the storage area becoming the museum entrance, led by Mr. Gong Yung-tsang.

The site left behind a large mound of overburden rocks about 140 meters high. In July 2005, part of the rock mountain collapsed, creating what is known as the Abandoned Rock Mountain.

The museum is within a short walk northeast from Shifen Station on the Taiwan Railways.
