TSS FC Rovers, commonly known as TSS Rovers, are a Canadian soccer club from Richmond, British Columbia. They play in League1 British Columbia, the third tier of Canadian soccer. The team was founded in 2017 as the under-23 side of the TSS Academy, one of the province’s largest soccer programs. TSS bought the rights to the Washington Crossfire’s PDL franchise and launched the Rovers in 2017. Their supporters group is the Swanguardians, who cheer at Swangard Stadium, a former home of the Vancouver Whitecaps.

TSS Rovers emphasize developing Canadian talent, with players who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or immigrants aiming to represent Canada. In 2018, the club started a women’s team to play in the WPSL, signing notable players like Jordyn Huitema and Julia Grosso. That year the men’s team also signed Nick Soolsma as player-coach.

The club has competed for the Juan de Fuca Plate against the Victoria Highlanders, winning it in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, they updated their logo to feature a sword fern, a plant native to coastal British Columbia.

In 2021, TSS Rovers joined the inaugural League1 British Columbia season and announced a fan-ownership model, giving fans 49% of the club with voting rights.

In 2023, after finishing second in League1 BC, the Rovers beat Varsity FC on penalties in the Championship Final to qualify for the Canadian Championship. They made their Canadian Championship debut on April 19, 2023, at Swangard Stadium by defeating Valour FC 3–1, becoming the first semi-pro team to knock out a professional side in the competition. They were eliminated by Pacific FC in the quarterfinals. In League1 BC that year they again finished second, losing in the semi-finals to the eventual playoff winners, Whitecaps FC Academy.

In 2024, TSS Rovers were invited to the Canadian Championship to replace Victoria Highlanders FC. They drew 1–1 with Pacific FC in the preliminary round but were eliminated 5–4 on penalties. That season they also won the League1 BC regular-season title, earning a place in the 2025 Canadian Championship. On August 4, 2024, they won the League1 BC playoff championship against Altitude FC 3–2, completing the league double (regular season and playoff champion).

The Rovers are supported by the Swanguardians, a small but vocal group that brings banners and chants to games. They also compete in the Ironworkers Derby against Altitude FC and the Burnaby Derby with Burnaby FC, reflecting local rivalries that began to take shape in 2024.
