Gongidi Sunitha Mahender Reddy (born 16 August 1969) is an Indian politician from Telangana. She served as a member of the Telangana Legislative Assembly, representing the Alair constituency in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, from 2 June 2014 to 3 December 2023, and she held the position of Government Whip. She is a member of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS).

Early life and education
Sunitha Reddy was born in Hyderabad to Sarala and Narsimha Reddy in a lower-middle-class family. She completed schooling at Wesley Girls High School, Secunderabad, and earned a B.Com from Osmania University. She worked in a private company during her studies to support her family and continued working after marriage before entering politics in June 2001 by joining the TRS.

Political career
She started her political career in local government, winning Yadagirigutta MPTC/MPP posts from 2001 to 2006. She was the State General Secretary of the TRS in 2002 and served as Sarpanch of Vangapally from 2006 to 2011. Since 2009, she has been a member of the TRS Polit Bureau. In the 2014 Assembly elections, she won the Alair seat by more than 30,000 votes against Budida Bixmaiah Goud of the Indian National Congress, and was re-elected in 2018 with a margin of 33,086 votes. She also worked with the NGO HELP, which supports the employability of underprivileged women.

Personal life
Sunitha married Gongidi Mahender Reddy in 2001, and they have two daughters.
