T. V. Sadasiva Pandarathar (15 July 1892 – 2 January 1960) was a Tamil historian from Tamil Nadu, India. He was born in Thiruppurambiyam to Vaithiyalinga Pandarathar and Meenatchi Ammal. He finished his schooling in 1910 and studied Tamil grammar and literature under Pinnathur Narayanaswamy Iyer and Valmpuri Balasubramania Pillai.

He worked at the Kumbakonam Taluk office and taught at Kumbakonam High School for several years, then taught at Banathurai High School from 1917 to 1942. He published his historical essays in the magazine Senthamizh. In 1930, his first book Mudhalam kulothunga Cholan was published.

From 1942 to 1960 he was a lecturer in the Tamil research department at Annamalai University. During this time he did extensive field research and wrote his best-known work Pirkaala Cholar saritharam (History of the Later Cholas), published in three parts in 1949, 1951 and 1961. He also wrote two books on Tamil literary history and several Thala Varalaaru (Temple history) books.

Pandarathar was one of the first to write historical books in Tamil when many scholars wrote in English. His first book on Kulothunga Chozhan earned praise from U. Ve. Sa and set high standards for Tamil historical writing.
