Sydowiellaceae is a fungal family in the order Diaporthales. It was described by L.N. Vassiljeva in 1987. The type genus is Sydowiella, described by Petrak in 1923. The family belongs to the kingdom Fungi, division Ascomycota, and class Sordariomycetes. It is recognized by GBIF and includes several genera of fungi.
