Herbert Adamski (30 April 1910 – 11 August 1941) was a German rower from Berlin. He competed for Germany in the 1936 Olympics in Berlin and won the gold medal in the coxed pair. He was German champion from 1936 to 1939. He won the European Championship in 1937 (Amsterdam) in the coxed pair and was runner-up in 1938 (Milan). In 1939 he also became German champion in the coxed fours. Adamski died in 1941 while serving on the Eastern Front in World War II. He rowed for the club Ruderverein Friesen Skuller-Zelle.
