Sydenham Damerel is a small village and civil parish in West Devon, Devon, England, about 4 miles northwest of Tavistock. It lies beside the River Tamar, which forms the border with Cornwall and the parish boundary. The river is crossed by the medieval Horse Bridge near the hamlet of Horsebridge. The parish church is dedicated to St Mary, and there is a Methodist chapel in the village.

In 2021 the parish had 244 residents. Historically, Sydenham Damerel was part of the Lifton hundred, then Tavistock Rural District, and since 1974 has been in West Devon. On 1 April 2025 the parish council was abolished, and the area is now governed by a parish meeting.
