Sterrett Brothers' Dry Goods Store is a historic building in Charleston, West Virginia, at 112 Capitol Street. Built around 1890 in the Victorian Block, it was designed in the Italianate style. The original structure had three floors with a storefront on the first level. Between 1898 and 1917, a fourth story was added.

Over the years, the building has housed several businesses, including Sacks Shoe Store, the J.C. Penney Company, the Dondale Furniture Company, and, most recently, a Charleston law firm.

The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, recognizing its historic importance.
