Stenopoda
Stenopoda is a genus of assassin bugs in the Reduviidae family. It belongs to the order Hemiptera and the suborder Heteroptera, and is placed in the subfamily Stenopodainae. The genus, described by Laporte in 1832, includes about 15 described species found in the Americas and Africa. Some species names have later been listed as synonyms, such as Stenopoda gracilis and Stenopoda oeningensis.
