Steall Waterfall
Steall Waterfall, also known as An Steall Bàn or Steall Falls, is in Glen Nevis near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands. It is Scotland’s second-highest waterfall, with a single drop of 120 metres (390 feet). The water comes from Allt Coire a’ Mhail. The falls can be viewed from the Nevis Gorge path, an area kept wild by the John Muir Trust. An Steall Bàn means “The White Spout” in Gaelic.
