New Mexico State Road 514

New Mexico State Road 514 (NM 514) is a short 1.5-mile (2.4 km) state highway in Los Ojos, Rio Arriba County. It connects NM 112 in Tierra Amarilla with US 64/US 84 in Los Ojos.

The southern end starts at a T-intersection with NM 112 on the northern edge of Tierra Amarilla, just west of where NM 112 meets US 64/84. It heads north for about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) to enter the Los Ojos CDP as Main Street and reach the northern end of County Road 340 at a T-intersection (CR 340 goes toward La Puente). The road then continues north for about another 0.7 miles (1.1 km) to end at US 64/US 84 just south of the east end of NM 95.

Eastbound US 64/84 goes toward Tres Piedras, Española, Taos, and Santa Fe; westbound goes toward Chama. The entire route is in Rio Arriba County.
