Stay Awake: Various Interpretations of Music from Vintage Disney Films is a 1988 tribute album featuring many artists performing songs from Disney films. It was produced by Hal Willner and released by A&M Records. The cover art is by Rodney Alan Greenblat. The album blends pop rock, jazz, and experimental styles and runs about 64 minutes.

Critically, NME ranked it 37th among the best albums of 1988, while Robert Christgau gave it a C+. In 2008, a 20th‑anniversary live show, Stay Awake Live, was held at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, reuniting many original collaborators and welcoming new guests like Steve Buscemi and David Byrne.

The project features The Uptown Horns (Crispin Cioe on baritone sax, Arno Hecht on tenor sax, Bob Funk on trombone, Paul Litteral on trumpet), Wayne Horvitz on synthesizers and keyboards, and an orchestra conducted by Lennie Niehaus.
