“Stay” is a song by American rock band Black Stone Cherry from their 2011 album Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea. It was written by the band members—Chris Robertson, Ben Wells, Jon Lawhon, and John Fred Young—along with producer Joey Moi. The track, produced by Howard Benson, runs about 3 minutes and 24 seconds and is in the Southern rock style. A music video was released to accompany the song.

The song was later covered by country duo Florida Georgia Line for their 2012 album Here's to the Good Times and was released as the fourth single in October 2013. Their version was produced by Joey Moi and helped the single earn double Platinum status from the RIAA.

Critics were mixed about the Florida Georgia Line cover. Taste of Country called it a weak moment on the album, suggesting it exposed the duo’s vocal flaws when they strayed from party songs. Roughstock, however, felt the cover suited Florida Georgia Line well and noted effective mandolin and steel guitar in the arrangement.

The music video for Florida Georgia Line’s version, directed by Peter Zavadil, features actor Josh Henderson and tells a narrative about a troubled relationship, intercut with the duo performing the song. The single appeared on several country charts in late 2013, and the song had sold over a million copies in the United States by April 2014.
