Islamic International Arab Bank is a Jordanian financial institution that operates under Islamic law in Jordan and other Arab and Islamic countries. It began its banking activities on 9 February 1998 (12 Shawal 1418 AH). The bank was established in Jordan as a public shareholding company under the Companies Law of 1989 and was registered as Public Shareholding Company No. 327 on 30 March 1997. It was founded by Abdul Hamid Abdul Majeed Shoman and is headquartered in Amman, Jordan. Key figures include Abdul Hamid Abdul Majeed Shoman and Iyad Al Asali, the General Manager.
