Stéphane Le Mignan (born 4 June 1974 in Auray, France) is a French football coach and former midfielder. He spent his playing career in France’s lower leagues with Montagnarde, Pontivy, Locminé and Vannes.

He began coaching in 2002 with Vannes, taking over after retiring from playing. He guided Vannes from the amateur divisions up to the Championnat National, winning the National title in 2008 and earning promotion to Ligue 2. In 2024 he took charge of Metz in Ligue 1, with a contract through 2026.
