St Denis’s Church in Otterham is a Grade II* listed parish church in the Church of England, within the Diocese of Truro in Cornwall. The dedication to St Denis is not clearly documented; historical notes mention nearby land called St Tenye in 1613, and there are other Cornish churches dedicated to St Denis at Trevena and North Tamerton.

The church dates from the Norman period. Its tower may have been rebuilt in 1702. It was restored between 1889 and 1904, during which the north transept was demolished and much old woodwork was removed.

St Denis’s is part of the Boscastle and Tintagel group of parishes. The original three bells have been increased to a peal of six. The church used to have a harmonium, but now an electric organ is used at the front on the right.
