Sri Lanka women's cricket team toured Pakistan from 24 May to 5 June 2022 for three WODIs and three WT20Is at the Southend Club Cricket Stadium in Karachi. Pakistan captained by Bismah Maroof faced Sri Lanka led by Chamari Athapaththu.

ODI series (3 matches): Pakistan won 2–1

- Most wickets: Fatima Sana (Pakistan) 8; Oshadi Ranasinghe (Sri Lanka) 4

- Player of the series: Tuba Hassan
- Highlights: The first WT20I was won by six wickets with Tuba Hassan taking 3/8 on her international debut; Pakistan then won the next two WT20Is by seven and four wickets to seal the series.

Overall notes
- The WODIs were part of the 2022–2025 ICC Women's Championship. Pakistan opened with an eight-wicket win and then a 73-run win, with Sidra Ameen scoring her second ODI century. Sri Lanka won the final ODI by 93 runs to take the series 2–1.
- Sri Lanka named standby players Rashmi Silva, Kawya Kavindi, Sathya Sandeepani, Tharika Sewwandi, and Malsha Shehani.
- The series marked the first time the venue in Karachi had hosted since 2018.
