Judi Warren

Judi Warren is a former American basketball player. After Title IX was passed in 1972, she became an important figure in Indiana high school girls’ basketball. In 1976, she was named Indiana Miss Basketball, the first person to get the honor. Warren was born in Claypool, Indiana, and went to Warsaw Community High School, where she played for the Warsaw Tigers and helped them win the 1976 state championship. She later graduated from Franklin College and became a high school basketball coach. She retired from coaching around 2000 and from teaching around 2013. Warren was inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002.
