South-West Oxford is a rural township in Oxford County, Ontario, Canada. It covers about 370 square kilometres and is mostly farmland with forests and several small communities. The population was 7,664 in 2016 and 7,583 in 2021.

Formation and government
- Formed in 1975 by joining Dereham and West Oxford townships and the village of Beachville.
- Governed by a mayor and six councillors, elected to four-year terms.
