Social Solutions
Social Solutions Global (SSG) is a computer software company based in Austin, Texas, with more than 200 employees. It was founded in 2000 by Steve Butz, Adrian Bordone, and Vince Griffith to help human service organizations better track progress and outcomes. Its main products are Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) and Apricot, which help agencies measure how they’re helping participants and families. Clients include Harlem Children’s Zone, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the Administration on Aging, HUD, and organizations in Boston and Hartford.
In 2014, Vista Equity Partners acquired Social Solutions. In 2015, Social Solutions bought Community TechKnowledge, the makers of Apricot, based in Austin. The Baltimore Sun Media Group named Social Solutions a Top Workplace in 2015.
