Major-General Richard Deare Furley Oldman CB CMG DSO (June 1877 – 1943) was a British Army officer. He trained at Haileybury and the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, and was commissioned into the Norfolk Regiment on 20 February 1897. He fought in Northern Nigeria in 1903–04, earning the Distinguished Service Order (DSO).

During the First World War, Oldman commanded the 1st Battalion of the Cheshire Regiment on the Western Front in 1915, led the 117th Infantry Brigade in 1916, and took command of the 15th Infantry Brigade in November 1917. He was wounded in May 1918 and gassed in June 1918.

After the war, he continued to hold brigade commands: the 2nd Infantry Brigade from August 1919 and the 6th Infantry Brigade from October 1926. He became General Officer Commanding the 47th (2nd London) Division in January 1931 and retired in January 1935. He was awarded the Companion of the Bath (CB) and the Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George (CMG) in addition to the DSO. Oldman died in 1943 and was buried in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
