Skysite
Skysite is a cloud-based document management platform for construction and facility management. Privately held and founded in 2015 in California, it helps teams organize, view, and share project and building documents in real time from desktop or mobile. Leadership includes Suri Suriyakumar (chairman, president and CEO), Rahul Roy (CTO), Jorge Avalos (CFO), and Dilo Wijesuriya (COO).
The platform offers desktop sync and a mobile app with offline access, so critical information is stored in the cloud and accessible anytime. Built-in markup tools let you flag issues directly on drawings, and you can hyperlink documents, attach images to punch lists, and search across files. Users can upload documents with drag-and-drop, pin images to drawings, and answer RFIs.
Skysite also supports facility management—allowing teams to sync, organize, search, and share information from computers or mobiles. Its API can connect with Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Egnyte, helping it fit into existing IT setups.
Overall, Skysite aims to reduce paper-based errors, lower information-management costs, improve security, and speed up collaboration. The mobile app is available on iOS and Android (App Store and Google Play).
