Cros-de-Montvert
Cros-de-Montvert is a small commune in the Cantal department of south-central France, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It covers 129.28 square kilometers and had 197 residents in 2023, giving a population density of about 6.7 people per square kilometer.
Geography: The Maronne River forms the commune’s northwestern border. Elevation ranges from 304 to 703 meters above sea level (average around 577 m).
