Sir Arthur Stewart Leslie Young, 1st Baronet (10 October 1889 – 14 August 1950) was a Scottish Unionist politician. He was educated at Fettes College and studied abroad. In World War I, he served in the Scottish Rifles and reached the rank of major. He was the Member of Parliament for Glasgow Partick from 1935 to 1950, and then for Glasgow Scotstoun from 1950 until his death. He held several government roles: Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland from 1937, and then to the Secretary of State for Scotland from 1939. In 1941 he became Scottish Unionist Whip. He was Lord Commissioner of the Treasury from 1942 to 1944, and Vice-Chamberlain of the Household from 1944 to 1945. He was created a baronet on 7 September 1945.
