Shushud (Persian: شوشود) is a village in Fasharud Rural District, in the Central District of Birjand County, South Khorasan province, Iran.

Its population has changed over time:

- 2016: 460 people in 141 households

Shushud was the most populous village in its rural district. The village sits at around 33.1017°N, 59.0519°E (33°06′06″N 59°03′07″E) and is in the IRST time zone (UTC+3:30).
