Shingo Usui

Shingo Usui, born October 11, 1994, is a Japanese curler from Kitami, Hokkaido. He currently plays third on a team skipped by Kohsuke Hirata, with Ryota Meguro at second, Yoshiya Miura at lead, and Kosuke Aita as alternate. Usui has appeared at two World Curling Championships (2023 and 2025) and two Pan Continental Championships (2023 in Kelowna and 2025 in Virginia). He also competed in the Winter Youth Olympics in 2012 and the Winter Universiade in 2015. He began curling in 2000 at age 6. As of 2025, he works as a company employee.
