Shan Ying (born 7 August 1978) is a Chinese swimmer who specialized in freestyle. She represented China at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, where she won silver in the 4×100 meter freestyle relay and bronze in the 4×100 meter medley relay. She also competed at the World Championships in Rome (1994) in the 4×100 meter freestyle and in Perth (1998) in the 50 meter freestyle and 100 meter freestyle. In the Asian Games, she swam the 100 meter freestyle in Hiroshima (1994).
