Secca de bœuf, also called Secca d’Entrevaux, is a dried salted beef from Entrevaux, France. It is similar to Swiss Bündnerfleisch. It is usually eaten as a starter, thinly sliced and served with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and sliced tomatoes.
