Sarah Connolly (born 29 December 1981) is an Australian Labor Party politician who has served in the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2018. She represented Tarneit from 2018 to 2022 and has represented Laverton since 2022, in Melbourne’s outer west.

Early life and education
- Grew up in Kingscliff, northern New South Wales.
- Holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology.

Career before politics
- Worked as a judge’s associate and in a law firm.
- Worked for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the Australian Energy Regulator.
- Spent more than a decade working on policy, legislation, and regulation for energy networks.

Personal life
- Married to Scott Connolly.
- They have three children conceived through IVF; their eldest was stillborn at 37 weeks.

Political career
- Preselected by the Labor Party for Tarneit in 2017 and elected in 2018.
- Won the new seat of Laverton in 2022 after a redistribution.

Community and affiliations
- Former board member of VicHealth.
- Member of the Transport Workers Union and the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
