Sal Cesario (born July 4, 1963) is a former American football guard who played in the NFL. He grew up in Stockton, California, went to Bellarmine Preparatory, and played tight end/fullback and basketball. He walked on at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he started as a defensive end, then became an H-back, and finally a left tackle. He was a three-year starter at left tackle and earned All-American honors in 1985 and three straight All-WFC selections from 1983 to 1985.

Cesario was drafted by the New York Jets in the 12th round of the 1986 NFL Draft (328th overall). After being waived before the season, he tried again in 1987 and joined the Dallas Cowboys as a replacement player during the players’ strike. He started 3 games at left guard for the Cowboys. He later signed with the Miami Dolphins in 1988 but was released before the season.

After football, Cesario worked as Global Sales and Marketing Manager at Micro-Pak Ltd. His father, Sal Sr., was drafted by the Detroit Lions in 1959.
