Saint-André-de-Briouze is a commune in the Orne department in northwestern France, in the Normandy region. It covers 112.21 square kilometers and has a population of 178 (2023), with a population density of about 14.6 people per square kilometer. The elevation ranges from 198 to 262 meters above sea level.

The commune includes several villages and hamlets: Saint-Denis, Les Rivières, Le Haut Bois, Saint-André-de-Briouze, and La Foirie. It is part of the Suisse Normande area, known for its hilly landscapes. Three watercourses run through the commune: the River Rouvre and two streams, the Vaux and the Maufy.
