Saidal Group is an Algerian state-owned pharmaceutical company founded in 1982 in Algiers after restructuring the Algerian Central Pharmacy. It is the largest pharmaceutical company in Algeria and one of the biggest in Africa. Saidal exports medicines to many African countries, including Ivory Coast, Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon, Mali, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, Niger, Togo, Benin, Guinea-Bissau, Chad and Mauritania.

Key milestones:
- 1982: Created after restructuring the Central Pharmacy
- 1985: Renamed Saidal
- 1989: Became an economic public company
- 1993: Became a joint-stock company
- 1997: Became an industrial group with Biotic, Pharmal and Antibiotical joining
- March 2022: Opened its first bioequivalence center, Equival
