Sabrina Dornhoefer (born December 2, 1963) is a retired American track and field athlete who competed in long-distance events and cross country. She was born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

Her personal best in the 3000 metres is 8:44.91, set on June 8, 1988, in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

While at the University of Missouri, she ran for the Missouri Tigers and won the 1985 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the 5000 metres.

She also competed for the United States at the 1991 Pan American Games in Havana, running the 3000 metres.
