SD the Great Battle is a single-player, top-down shoot 'em up with platforming elements for the Super Famicom. It was released in Japan on December 29, 1990. The game is a crossover of the Ultra Series, Kamen Rider, and Gundam, with characters from these franchises playable. It uses a cute “super deformed” art style and is part of the Compati Hero series.

A North American release called The Great Battle was planned by Bandai for June 1992, but it never came out.

Gameplay involves shooting enemies while jumping over pits. You start with three characters: Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and the RX-78-2 Gundam. As you progress, you unlock three more: Kamen Rider V3, Ultraman Taro, and the Knight Gundam. The game has seven levels, and between levels a cutscene advances the story.
